Hexa Power guarantees the delivery of a product free from manufacturing and installation defects, ensuring it reaches the customer with the highest quality. The warranty applies as follows:
Thermal Insulation Films:
Hexa Power guarantees its vehicle window thermal insulation films at all authorized centers and agents with an unlimited warranty period, covering:
– Product safety from manufacturing defects.
– Product protection from peeling and fading.
– Adhesive integrity on the film.
– Bubbles and installation defects.
In the event of any of the above issues, the defective part will be replaced.
To ensure the highest product quality, please follow the instructions below:
– Do not open windows within 48 hours of film installation.
– Do not touch or remove the edges of the film.
– Do not wash or clean the glass for at least 7 days after installation.
– Clean the glass after 7 days using ammonia-free cleaners and soft, non-abrasive cloths.
– Retain the invoice and present it during maintenance.
The warranty is voided in the following cases:
– Failure to follow proper product usage instructions after installation.
– Removal, modification, or repair of the film outside of Hexa Power’s authorized centers and agents.
– Scratches and detachment caused by mechanical movement of windows and the presence of dirt on the seals and window frames.
– Detachment due to traffic violations.
– The warranty is only valid for the first purchaser. If the beneficiary changes from the original purchaser to another, and the warranty is not transferred to the new beneficiary at a Hexa Power center, the warranty will be void.
Paint Protection Films:
Hexa Power guarantees its paint protection films at all authorized centers and agents with an unlimited warranty period, covering:
– Product safety from manufacturing defects.
– Yellowing exceeding 5% of the original gloss.
– Adhesive integrity on the film.
– Bubbles and installation defects.
To ensure the highest product quality, please follow the instructions below:
– Do not wash the car for at least 7 days after installation.
– Do not drive the car immediately after installation.
– Perform regular maintenance every 6 months at Hexa Power’s authorized centers and agents.
– The film undergoes self-healing for at least 4 weeks.
– Do not use chemicals or harsh cleaners, such as ammonia, when washing the car. It is recommended to use Hexa Power-approved cleaning products.
The warranty is voided in the following cases:
– Tears due to misuse, objects on the road, traffic accidents, scratches, or severe sandstorms.
– Intentional damage in any form or the application of chemicals to the protective film.
– Failure to adhere to the required maintenance schedule every 6 months or maintenance done at non-authorized Hexa Power centers.
– Removal of the film at non-authorized Hexa Power centers.
– The warranty is only valid for the first purchaser. If the beneficiary changes from the original purchaser to another, and the warranty is not transferred to the new beneficiary at a Hexa Power center, the warranty will be void.
Nano Ceramic:
Hexa Power guarantees its Nano Ceramic product at all authorized centers and agents based on the product type:
– 9H+ with a 2-year warranty.
– 9H++ with a 3-year warranty.
The warranty includes:
– Continued product effectiveness throughout the warranty period, as per the Nano Ceramic product maintenance policy.
– Product safety from manufacturing defects.
To ensure the highest product quality, please follow the instructions below:
– Do not wash the car for at least 7 days after installation.
– Remove any residues or contaminants within 4 hours.
– After washing the car, use Nano shampoo and wax to maintain the effectiveness of the Nano Ceramic.
– Do not use chemicals or harsh cleaners, such as ammonia, when washing the car. It is recommended to use Hexa Power-approved products.
– Adhere to the international maintenance schedule, not exceeding 6 months.
The warranty is voided in the following cases:
– The vehicle is involved in traffic accidents, scratches, or sandstorms.
– The vehicle is exposed to bird droppings for more than 4 hours.
– The use of external factors such as chemicals that damage the Nano Ceramic or rough cloths that cause scratches on the car’s paint or polishing.
– Failure to adhere to the 6-month regular maintenance schedule.
